(FR) La musique sénégalaise regorge de nombreux talents, tel que le formidable groupe MILIM JAZZ !Cet ensemble, qui a vu le jour en 2007 ne se fixant aucune limite dans l’ouverture, et très ancré dans le registre local, a su réussir une parfaite fusion entre les différents rythmes du pays, et une forme de jazz très éclectique. Cela peut se comprendre aisément quand on sait que l’aventure a démarré en 2007 avec la ferme décision de quatre musiciens très talentueux, de réunir leur force pour arpenter une nouvelle direction. Très vite, ils ont conquis le public friand de nouvelles sonorités. Le MILIM JAZZ, qui a su cultiver l’originalité en toutes circonstances, a vite fait de sortir un album qui leur a permis de participer au festival de Jazz de Saint Louis, au festival de Jazz de Dakar, au Festival Jazz de Gorée et au Sao Tomé Cacao Festival. Les quatre talentueux musiciens travaillent activement sur la sortie de leur second album et comptent désormais franchir un nouveau palier en s’ouvrant un peu plus au reste du monde. Premier arrêt : Lyon !
